We’ve rented from a few different management companies and they were okay at best, but bay management has completely outperformed the others, if we have any issues they fix the problems right away, we needed a new washer and dryer and they delivered a new set as quickly as possible. We want to shout out Mr.Corbin for all of his help, he has helped us so much since day one and he is such a hard worker! We appreciate him so much! I have worked with Bay Management Group since 2018 for the management of my rental property, and my experience has been very positive. Over the years, the team has been professional, responsive, and attentive to both my needs as a property owner and the needs of my tenants. They handled leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day property management, allowing me to have confidence that my property was being properly managed. One aspect I particularly appreciated was their communication and willingness to assist whenever questions or concerns arose. Their staff consistently treated me with courtesy and professionalism, and I always felt supported throughout the management process. As I prepare to sell the property, I am ending the management agreement solely because of the sale and not because of any dissatisfaction with Bay Management Group’s services. In fact, I would gladly consider working with Bay Management Group again in the future should I purchase another investment property. I would like to thank the entire team for their service and support over the past several years and wish them continued success.

Priscila has been a fantastic property manager - I've had horror experiences with some management companies in the past. Other places wouldn't care if you dropped dead so long as they got the rent check. Priscilla has been personable and responsive for any issue and explained every step of the way when i had concerns. We've been at this property for about half a decade partly because the property manager has been a pleasure to work with.

I want to shout out ms priscilla she has been the property manager of my house for 2 years now and she understands me and is very patient and respectful.she explains things very clear !Before her I had a horrible property manager they left and she came in She’s definitely a good one. As soon as I put in any maintenance request she gets it’s handled quick my garbage disposal was old and needed replaced she had the maintenance man there few days later and he fixed the same day .
